7. Orders

M.Rafiq & Co. reserves the right to accept or reject any order, refuse service, limit product quantities, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, manufacturing limitations, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Certain products, custom colors, customized widths, and export orders may be subject to Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements. MOQ, pricing, and production timelines will be communicated before order confirmation.

9. Custom Manufacturing

M.Rafiq & Co. offers customized manufacturing solutions, including Custom Colors, Custom Widths, Special Finishes, and Bulk Manufacturing.

Because these products are manufactured specifically for the customer, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced unless a manufacturing defect exists.

10. Payments

We accept payment through the methods displayed on our website or agreed upon during order confirmation. By making payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, payment information provided is accurate, and funds used are legally available. Orders may not enter production until payment or agreed advance payment has been received.

11. Shipping & Delivery

We make every reasonable effort to dispatch products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, transportation issues, customs clearance, government regulations, or force majeure events. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address or carrier.

12. Export Orders

International customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, local taxes, government approvals, and compliance with their country's import regulations. M.Rafiq & Co. is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs procedures in the destination country.

13. Product Samples

Samples may be available upon request. Sample availability, pricing, shipping charges, and delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, quantity, and destination. Sample requests do not guarantee future product availability.

14. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our sales team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customized products, made-to-order products, and specially manufactured items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product received is defective, incorrect goods were supplied, or the product was damaged during transit.

15. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, misrepresent your identity, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, upload malicious software or harmful code, disrupt website functionality, misuse product information, or copy website content without permission.
